• The machines are constructed with welded steel and feature parallel infeed of the upper shaft with ball and roller bearing working shafts. The working shafts are hardened and grounded.
• The main drive is infinitely variable and controlled by a foot switch, with a reversing switch for forward and backward movement. The top roll is fed via a handwheel, and the down roll can be adjusted axially with a handwheel.

• Includes a hardened stop plate that is manually adjustable axially, a stable steel subframe with floor fixing holes, electrical safety control with emergency-stop function, and a power supply of 400V50Hz/3 Phase with country-specific options.
• A roll key is provided for prompt changing of forming rolls.

• Options include motor-driven, steplessly controlled infeed of the top roll, PLC control with a touch screen and program memory for 200 programs, and central lubrication operated manually.
• Additional features include divided stop, brace support for bottom shaft during heavy-duty work, specially designed form rolls, and adjustable tube guidance with support or center disc.

• SME 80/3 P: Designed for producing tube flanges or beads, featuring motorical infeed of the top roll, PLC, touch screen, and program memory, with tube guidance and support.
• SME 125/PK: Used for producing tensioning stripes with a device for diameters from 175 mm to 620 mm, featuring motorical infeed of the top roll, PLC, touch screen, and program memory.
• SME 125/4 P: Similar to SME 80/3 P, but with welded tube guidance and special support.
• SME 100/VS: Specially designed for flanging traffic signs, featuring a vertical beading and flanging machine design, motorical infeed of the machine head and top roll, and a supporting table with brushes.
