Specifications
The Stat-X models support weight capacities from 3 kg to 25 kg and are suitable for environments with temperatures between +10 °C to +40 °C, pressure from 69 to 106 KPa, and humidity levels of 30% to 75% RH non-condensing.
Preliminary Information
Users should read all warnings and safety notes before using the Stat-X. The manual should be readily accessible for reference, with specific sections highlighting potential risks of injury or equipment damage.
Product Description
The Stat-X features a mobile base with swivel castors, a vertical lifting device, and one or two horizontal swivel arms. It is delivered without an X-ray source or cassette, which must be added by the user.
Operation
Before use, inspect for wear or damage. The stand is delivered folded and must be unfolded for use, involving setting the base feet, applying brakes, and adjusting the lifting device and swivel arms.
Mounting Instructions
Instructions are provided for mounting the X-ray source and cassette holder. The Stat-X Bucky and Infinity models include a 3D-head for flexible cassette holder positioning.
Weight Adjustment
The swivel arm's weight can be adjusted using an Allen key to ensure stability in any vertical position.
Safety Precautions
Ensure the X-ray source is mounted correctly before adjusting the swivel arm to prevent injuries from sudden movements.
Specifications and Features
The Stat-X allows swivel arm adjustment in three positions for a wider imaging field. The Infinity version supports a second arm attachment. It can be transported in horizontal, vertical, or pushing positions, with specific handling instructions to prevent instability and damage.
Procedures
To change the swivel arm position, release the top locking pin, adjust the arm, and secure it with the locking knob. For transportation, secure the Stat-X in the vehicle if in a vertical position and handle using the black bow grips to avoid accidents.
Service and Maintenance
While regular servicing is not required, a four-monthly check is recommended to ensure wheels run freely, brakes function properly, and locking pins and knobs are operational.
Use of Stat-X Espléndido 3D-head
The Espléndido 3D-head allows 360° rotation of the X-ray source with a multi-stage locking system. Proper handling and storage are crucial to prevent damage.
Recommendations
Use both hands for guidance when rotating the source. After use, store the 3D-head in a downward position. Regular checks and proper handling ensure the longevity and safety of the Stat-X equipment.
