Attach the Tire, PN 104839  Washer, PN 102607  Washer, PN 102607  Spring Cotter Pin, PN 102201 Attach the Pivot Tube, PN102569 And the Hitch Tube Assembly, PN 103981. TIP: Leave all of the fasteners slightly loose until the end of the assembly, this will aid greatly in the assembly process. LYNCH PIN (102201) MUST BE LOCKED IN POSITION AS SHOWN BEFORE MOVING TRAI

STEP-2 Attach the U-Frame Weldment, PN 102564 to the assembly from Step 1. STEP-3 Attach the Base, PN 103824 to the assembly from Step 2. Tighten all of the fasteners at this time.
