Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt or defect discovery. No claims are accepted for unpaid goods. Returns must be notified and approved by the Seller, packed properly, and freight prepared. Special orders cannot be returned. Credit notes will be deducted from future invoices.
Products remain the Seller's property until fully paid. Payments cannot be postponed beyond agreed terms. Delayed payments incur legal interest rates.
Disputes are intended to be settled through negotiation. If unresolved, Kecskeméti District Court has jurisdiction. The Hungarian version of terms prevails over the English version. Legal relationships are governed by Hungarian law.
These conditions are valid and accepted by the CUSTOMER. The pricelist can change without notice, replacing previous versions.
