Research Plot Harvesting Versatility The RCI Research Plot Harvesters are used to harvest test plots of alfalfa, grass, switch grass, or other forages and/or biomass crops. RCI offers two models - the 36A Research Plot Harvester with a 36-inch cut and the 48A Research Plot Harvester with a 48-inch cut. POWER CHOICES TO FIT YOUR NEEDS There are three main choices of supplying power to the RCI 36A or 48A Research Plot Harvesters. The 36A or 48A Harvest Unit can be installed on a new or existing compatible front mower, utility tractor, or towable power unit.
