3. Important information about your safety The Respire pick-up belt rake is designed and built according to recognised safety regulations. Risks can nevertheless arise during use. 4. Product description The harvest forage is picked up from the ground by the pick-up (1). The swath roller (2) presses the harvest forage against the pick-up and guides the flow of material to the rotor (3). The driven rotor conveys the harvest forage evenly on to the conveyor belt (4). The harvest forage can be deposited by the conveyor belt on either the left or the right of the machine. The machine’s drive is hydraulic. No front PTO shaft is required. Attachment rocker (1) with rubber buffers (2) for self-centring the work unit. Shackle (3) for hanging in the suspension springs.

Magnetic fields can damage the electronics of the CAN module. Electromagnetically actuated values are no longer able to switch. Do not mount any magnets near the CAN module!

5. Mounting of the machine The Respiro R3 compact and Respiro R3 profi are preferably mounted on the front linkage of the tractor. For tractors with reverse drive device, the R3 profi version is preferred. Make sure that the suspension is properly adjusted for all mounted attachments. 5.1. 4. Lift machine with the front hydraulics and move yellow supporting strut (1) to the highest position. During operation, the mounting frame of the Respiro R3 profi remains in a fixed position (limiting chains may be used to secure this position). The machine is only lifted in the turnrow with the hydraulic cylinder on the mounting frame. Mount lower link in the required position (1). Mount upper link. Hang suspension springs into the shackles (2). Install suspension springs steeper or flatter depending on the front linkage geometry.
