The SHELTERALL multi-tunnels, available in 6.20 m and 8.50 m widths, are designed to enhance productivity and ease of installation for growers, particularly those cultivating soft fruits. These tunnels are engineered for safety and sturdiness, with features that allow for installation without concrete, easy machinery movement, and resistance to snow and wind loads. They are certified according to the European Standard EN 13031 Tunnel.
- Installation: Anchors can be installed without concrete, and tunnels can be joined together for expanded space.
- Design: Increased space between arches and maximized cultivated area on the edges.
- Structure: Arches are made from 60 mm x 1.5 mm ovalised HTS tube, galvanized using the Sendzimir Z275 process. Ridge height can reach up to 4 m.
- Ventilation: Side ventilation is achieved by lifting the film, with continuous roll-up gable ventilation available.
- Structure: Arches spacing varies with layout; 6.20 m tunnels have 2.50 m spacing, while 8.50 m tunnels offer 2 m, 2.50 m, or 3 m spacing. Optional crop support and gutter systems are available.
- Cover: A wide selection of films is available, with side support provided by UV-resistant materials. Films are attached using RICHEL clips or optional W clips.
- Ventilation: Manual or motorized mechanisms for ventilation, with swaged retaining tubes for protection.
