The "KITank" range is designed for efficient storage and transport, being dismantlable and stackable. Tanks are made using rotational moulding technology with linear polyethylene (LLDPE), offering non-toxic, algae-resistant storage for potable water and other liquids. They withstand temperature variations from -20 to +80°C and resist chemical and physical atmospheric agents.
These tanks are suitable for storing potable water, creating large water volumes for fire-fighting, washing, irrigation, and collecting rainwater for reuse.
To maintain tank integrity and warranty, tanks should not be installed underground, must be placed on stable surfaces, and kept away from heat sources. Light infiltration should be minimized to prevent algae growth.
Regular maintenance includes checking for sediment and cleaning every six months, ensuring pipes and connectors are not blocked, and verifying seals.
Rototec's underground tanks, including Infinitank, Minitank, and Nanotank, are modular and made from LLDPE. They are connected using bolting and electro-welding for stability and water tightness.
