SATEC CONCEPT® MACRO SMALL BATCH COATER

Overview: The SATEC CONCEPT® MACRO is a batch coater designed for very small quantities, making it ideal for breeding purposes or trial seeds. It is suitable for all kinds of seeds and ensures excellent distribution of treatment even for small quantities and short mixing times. The machine is easy to disassemble and clean.

Batch Size: The coater can handle batch sizes ranging from 0.035 to 0.150 dm³, equivalent to approximately 120 grams of wheat with a bulk density of 0.80 kg/L.

  • Touch screen interface for easy operation.
  • Peristaltic dosing pump for precise liquid dosing.
  • Foot switch for liquid dosing control.

Material:
  • Stator and rotor made of stainless steel, with the rotor having a diameter of 100 mm.
  • Upper side of the rotor is coated with HALAR, while the lower side is primed.
  • Base frame is made of stainless steel.
  • Discharge hopper is 3D printed from plastic.

Machine Operation: The machine is operated via a self-explanatory touch control system and can store up to 99 recipes in memory locations.

Discharging: Discharge is facilitated by an upward moving rotor, releasing treated seeds into a discharge hopper for manual operation.

Power Supply: The machine requires a power supply of 300 W and operates on 100 - 220/240 V with a frequency range of 47 - 63 Hz.
