Introduction
This document provides technical specifications and usage instructions for the humimeter FL1 and FL2, which are moisture meters designed for measuring the moisture content in hay and straw. These devices are equipped with a stable, fixed insertion probe of 0.6 meters in length.

Specifications

• humimeter FL1: Measures water content from 8% to 40% with a resolution of 0.5% and calibration accuracy of +/- 1.0%. It can measure temperatures from -20°C to +85°C (-4°F to 185°F) with automatic temperature compensation.
• humimeter FL2: Measures water content from 8% to 60% with a resolution of 0.1% and calibration accuracy of +/- 0.8%. It can measure temperatures from -20°C to +120°C (-4°F to 248°F) and includes features like automatic averaging and a calibration function for special materials.

Measuring Procedure
To measure, select the appropriate calibration curve for the product, insert the probe into the hay or straw bale, and read the water content and temperature from the display. The FL2 model includes a compression plate for measuring loose hay and straw before baling. Data can be stored and transferred to a PC via USB, using the LogMemorizer software for data management.

Features

• Both models offer easy handling and quick measurements with a hold function.
• The FL2 model allows manual saving of up to 10,000 logs and includes a USB data interface module for data recording and analysis.
