Overview
The AutoFilt Z is a fully automatic, environmentally-friendly pressure filtration unit designed for lead-free sample preparation, primarily used in sugar laboratories. It is suitable for processing the first pressed juice from sugar beets and sugar cane, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional methods.

Features
The AutoFilt Z is an advancement from the semi-automatic AutoFilt unit, providing rapid sample filtration for laboratory use. It complements NIR-Polarimeters for lead-free sample preparation, allowing for easy and fast filtration of turbid and highly colored samples. The system significantly reduces filtration time and eliminates the need for environmentally hazardous clarification chemicals. It uses advanced sensors and processors to discard pre- and post-filtrate fractions, ensuring a high-quality filtrate. The first and third filtrate portions, which may contain suspended particles or foam, are discarded, resulting in a consistent sample volume regardless of operator, sample viscosity, or turbidity.
