500 Series Hedge Trimmer 5.0m & 5.6m Reach Models Power Slew Parallel Boom Geometry 3pt Linkage & Axle Mounted

The 500 Series consists of two models, the 550 (5m reach) and 556 (5.6m reach). Both machines incorporate parallel arm geometry and are well engineered and capable of high performance for a wide variety of users including Farmers, Contractors and Councils. Standard features include power slew, parking stands and forklift brackets. The 500 Series in its basic form is aimed as a simple mid level machine, however the frame and boom strength and the ability to easily add joystick control options make it suitable for professional users.

Both the 550 and 556 Have the Strength & Reach of Larger Competitive Machines All Shelbourne flail heads are center mounted and reach is calculated from tractor pto to the outer flail with the head horizontal giving usable long reach.

Serviceability & Durability A top mounted slew ram on a tall King Post combines to give excellent frame stability and strength. The service inspection cover opens to give easy access to valve blocks, pumps and tank. High Pressure Hydraulics High pressure low flow hydraulics give dependable power and performance. Optional Hydraulic Roller An optional hydraulic roller is available for fast switches from verge mowing to hedges.
