The Powermix Pro range of complete diet feeders is available in both single and twin vertical auger models that give a range of capacities from 9m3 up to 25m3. A uniquely designed central auger carries out both the chopping and mixing functions by lifting the ration ingredients up the centre of the mixer from where they move to the outside of the mixer to be drawn back down to the bottom to begin the cycle again. Feed can be discharged either left or right at the flick of a lever or switch from the tractor. The Express conveyor system can feed to either side in its central position, giving a total machine width of 7’9", or shuttled hydraulically to either side to move the feed away from the machine. The conveyor can also elevate feed automatically without adjustment either side to a height of 4’8” or up to 5’5” with tub risers. The webbing conveyor incorporates the durability of a chain and slat system with the ability to further elevate feed in a clean arc at higher speed with no carry round or spill. For floor feeding and shallow troughs fixed horizontal conveyor models are available in all sizes. Elevating Conveyor Option The elevating express conveyor can deliver feed upto a height of 5’5” to both sides of the machine and shuttle back to a central position. The fixed web is centrally mounted and can feed to the right and left.
