The ECI Industrial Bucket Elevator is engineered for robust grain handling and transport, constructed with S350GD quality and Z-600 coated galvanized steel for durability. It is suitable for grains, seeds, legumes, and pellets.
General Characteristics
- Direct transmission and shrink disk for efficient operation.
- Inspection windows in both foot and motor sections for easy maintenance.
- Intermediate sections available in 2 and 3 meters.
- Features include a regulation hatch, torque arm, and easy-to-use pulley tensioner.
- Equipped with a greaseproof belt and HDPE wear-resistant material.
Standard Equipment
- Inlet options: 45º, 60º, 90º.
- Outlet hopper options: 45º, 90º.
- Includes belt misalignment detectors, rotation sensor, HDPE buckets, and anti-return brake.
Optional Equipment
- Temperature sensor and metal buckets.
- Stairs, maintenance platforms, and dust aspiration systems.
- Anti-explosion panels and UHMW Polyethylene wear-resistant material.
- ATEX 21 or ATEX 22 certification for explosive environments.
