Arosa is an extra early, red skinned ware potato with cooking type B . This variety is suitable for the French Fries production. Oval tubers with smooth skin and yellow flesh. Resistant to PCN Ro1, Ro4, Ro5 and potato wart disease race 1. Best results for common scab, PVY, rhizoctonia, tuber rot and internal rust spot. It is adaptable to a broad variety climates, because it is very drought tolerant.
