Construction Process of Spiral Silo
- Equipment Positioning: The equipment is positioned based on the diameter of the silo body.
- Rolling: After positioning, the silo body is rolled to approximately 2 meters.
- Install the Silo Roof: A plasma cutter is used to cut the horizontal line of the silo roof, which is then installed.
- Lifting of the Roll Silo: The silo body is rolled until it reaches the desired height.
- Install Catwalk and Auxiliary Equipment: These are installed according to the user's chosen configuration.
- Rooting the Silo: The rolling equipment is removed, and the silo body is connected with pre-embedded parts.
