Designed to loosen and break up soil at depth, SARA and EMA are the ideal tools for creating a complete combination that can perform a wide range of tasks in a single pass. They work at depths of up to 60 cm, without lifting soil or disturbing the soil surface. Both mo-dels are available in 3m and 4m lengths. The 3 m version can be extended to 4 m as standard.

THE CHASSIS SARA and EMA have a robust 140x140x10 mm singlebeam chassis. Their shape and compact structure allow a power take-off to be fitted, making it easy to add another tool at the rear. HITCHING The compact mechanical hitch (or hydraulic hitch as an option) eliminates the need for an overhang. It can also be used to add a sowing combination or other implement to the rear. SARA and EMA are also available with a clevis hitch. FIXATIONS The fixing flange makes it easy to move or remove tines. The tine spacing can also be adjusted, for optimum adaptation to the terrain. SARA is fitted with Michel-type tines, 580 mm high. Thanks to their curved shape, they break up the soil deep down without any of it rising up. Their reversible share ensures long life. Tines Michel EMA features narrow fissuring tine. These produce deep fissuring without disturbing the soil on the surface. The tines has an adjustable tip, a protective nose and a carbide shoe. Fissuring tine EMA is fitted with a double spring to allow vibration and secure the tines. The bolt allows the larger spring to be adjusted, to set the level of pressure that triggers the safety device. The smaller...

SARA - EMA Optional accessories On both machines, it is possible to replace the mechanical coupling with a hydraulic one. This makes it easier and quicker to use the cracker in combination with another tool. The hydraulic cylinder is fitted with wedges that can be adjusted to suit the rear-mounted implement. This avoids the risk of raising the lift too high, which could damage the machinery. What’s more, this type of cylinder makes depth adjustment easier.
