• Chain sizes vary by model: 14” & 18” use 81XHH (2.609” pitch), 22” & 26” use WH124 (4.00” pitch) with an upgrade option to WH124 HD (4.063” pitch), and 30” & 34” use WH132 (6.050” pitch) with upgrades to WH150X HD (6.050” pitch) and WH159 (6.125” pitch).
• Dodge bearings are used, with options for S2000, Imperial ISAF, or USAF500, and an Imperial IP option up to 4 15/16”.
• Target chain speed is 150 FPM.
• Conveyors are dust-tight and waterproof, with all wear components replaceable.

• Sides are up to 1/4” thick with welded bearing mounts, hot-dipped galvanized.
• All head bearings are spherical roller bearings.
• Upper end quarter is removable for easy shaft/bearing/sprocket removal.
• Sprockets are split design with hunting (skip) tooth sprockets standard for chain pitch 6” or greater.

• Sides are up to 7 ga. with welded 1/4” flanges, side liners are 10 ga. bolted in (AR200 standard), with optional upgrades.
• Replaceable rail returns with standard 3/16” abrasion-resistant cap, upgradeable to 1/4”.
• Trough sections are hot-dipped galvanized, bottoms are hot-dipped, liners are unpainted.
• Hip-style covers use Sukup’s patented weather-tight seal.

Capacities vary by model and chain speed, ranging from 3432 BPH at 100 FPM to 68967 BPH at 175 FPM.
