Intended purpose of the «Ettaro» attachment The «Ettaro» attachment is used for harvesting soybeans, peas and other legumes by direct combining through refitting of a standard grain header. The «Ettaro» attachment works in conjunction with direct-flow auger grain headers with a cutting width of 5 to 9 meters from any manufacturer. Design and operation description The «Ettaro» attachment consists of left and right sides, a floating finger overhanging cutting device with a system of ground contour tracking along the header width, an overhanging cutting device drive, right and left active dividers, protective guards and clamps for quick attachment of the header to the sides. The attachment is driven by a V-belt from the header drive pulley through an MBD gearbox. The cutting height is adjustable from 10 to 100 mm.
