  • Remove the locking pin from the swivel axle, rotate the wheel to the working position, and reinsert the pin.
  • Adjust the dispenser to center the film on the bale.
  • Load the film roll into the dispenser, ensuring correct threading, and attach it to the Cut & Start.

Tractor Connection
  • Hydraulics: Connect the red pipe to the supply (25-30 lpm) and the blue pipe to the return (free flow return).
  • Electrics: Connect the 12V supply to the 3-pin plug and the wrapper harness to the controller.

Operation
  • Loading: Use lever No. 1 to lower the load arm, load the bale, and then lower the arm again.

  • Rotate the table to the loading position, raise the load arm, and insert the transport pin.

Specifications
  • Model E100 SA: For 120 cm bales, use 16 wraps for 4 layers, 24 wraps for 6 layers, and 32 wraps for 8 layers. For 150 cm bales, use 20 wraps for 4 layers, 30 wraps for 6 layers, and 40 wraps for 8 layers.
