The kit items consist of a plunger pin and linkage which is operated by the film gripper hydraulic cylinder. 1. Fully open the Bale Shear and tilt slightly forward. Pivot points should be greased at regular intervals via the grease nipples. Always disconnect all hydraulic lines and close the Bale Shear fully before carrying out any maintenance. The Bale Shear blades must be kept sharp. Always wear protective clothing, and always use heavy gloves when working on the blades.
