Hydraulics and Electrics Connection
  • Hydraulics: Connect the red pipe for supply (35-40 lpm) and the blue pipe for free flow return.
  • Electrics: Connect a 12V supply to the 3-pin plug and attach the wrapper harness to the controller.
Entering the Working Position
  1. Remove the wrap arm transport lock.
  2. Position safety arms by removing the retaining pin.
  3. Adjust the load arm stop pin for clearance.
  4. Unfold wrap arms and install 2/3 rolls of film.

Operation
  1. Drive into the bale until the End Tip roller contacts it.
  2. The bale loads automatically, followed by automatic wrapping.
  3. Press “Rollers out” to offload the bale.

For manual operation: Drive into the bale, press “Rollers in” to load, “Auto Start” to wrap, and “Rollers out” to offload.

Using the End Tip
  • Ensure End Tip is set to ‘ON’ in Operator Settings.
  • Press “Rollers out” to extend the End Tip and unload the bale.
Auto Mode

Auto mode allows for Auto load, Auto wrap, and Auto unload, which can be individually controlled via the Operator Menu.

Expert Plus Controller Operation
  • Optional RF Remote: Required for static operation of S200V/S300V.
  • Functions include Auto Start wrap, Close Cut & Start, Offload bale, Emergency Stop, and more.
Entering the Transport Position
  1. Close loading rollers fully.
  2. Ensure wrap arms are folded.
  3. Rotate folded wrap arms behind Cut & Start.
  4. Insert wrap arm transport lock.
  5. Lock outer safety arm into transport position.
Optional Handheld Remote

Allows activation of main wrapper functions while operating the tractor.

Auto mode (A) Auto load + Auto wrap 1. Drive into the bale until the End Tip roller contacts the bale. The bale will then begin loading automatically. Once loading is complete, the wrapping process will begin automatically. Once wrapping is complete, press the “Rollers out” button to offload the bale. Auto mode can be used with some of the Auto features switched off. These are: Auto load, Auto wrap, Auto unload. This can be done in the Operator Menu. This allows the operator to decide when they would like each step to begin. The below instructions explain how to carry out each Auto step individually....

OPTIONAL HANDHELD REMOTE The operator can activate the main wrapper functions through the handheld remote. This means that the operator can hold the remote in their hand while operating the tractor.
