E100SARoundBaleWrapper TRAILED MODEL The E100 SA EcoWrap is an economical trailed wrapper. This model is targeted at small to medium sized operators that need an affordable, reliable, yet versatile wrapper for round bales. The machine is cable operated, using 3 lever controls. These levers are accompanied by an RDS Counter, which monitors the number of revolutions as well as counting the number of bales wrapped in a period. Although the E100 SA is lever operated, many of its functions are semi-automatic ensuring its ease of use. This semi-automatic “One Touch” function holds the lever in place until the wrapping cycle is finished. Furthermore, once the bale is ejected the plastic is also automatically “Cut & Tied.” The E100 SA is equipped with a unique semi-automatic “Cut & Start” function. Once the wrapping cycle has finished the operator ejects the bale by engaging the tip lever on the valve chest. As the wrapping table tips, to discharge the bale, the second valve is automatically actuated powering the hydraulic “Cut & Start” mechanism. This cuts the plastic and securely holds it in position for the next wrapping cycle. These automated functions greatly improve the ease of use of this wrapper. E100 SA ECOWRAP ROUND BALE WRAPPER
