Single/double arch roof tunnel – General Description It is a removable self-bearing TUNNEL named with upper arch covering (changeable bending according to dimensions) and eventually lateral straight columns, which scaffold poles must be firmly grounded on the floor. It is designed and built to resist at: Wear and tear due to wind blowing, with welded stiffening protections on leaning parts between curtain and framing; Wear and tear due to natural weather conditions and especially aggressive polluting agents, mostly distinctive for industrial areas or high-traffic zones. It is composed by: Galvanised steel profiles structure (Sendzimir process) with 60x60x3 mm double arches, 1,50 and 3,00 m. pace, and changeable height with linked and braced heads and arches. Excellent snow charge and wind load resistance ( when requested on installation conditions). Though structure has been originally conceived as indications in the previous lines, it may suffer from needed modifications, in order to grant structure efficiency (e.g. HEA beams, additional fixing stirrups, additional support tubular and any other necessary caution at planning process) Covering curtain made of high-resistance threaded polyester, PVC double-layered Total covering mantle weight abt. 800 g./m2“Class2” Self-extinguishing mantle – once laid on fire, it burns without propagating or even releasing burning sparks (it doesn’t blaze) and quits carbonizing on its own when burning flames stop –30 a + 70 °C temperature resistant. Covering mantle colour based on our standards (cream, green, yellow, blue, white, grey, red); other nuances on request.
