LIGHT-ROLL - Rolling Door - General description • Structure realised with pressed sheet profile in galvanised steel, to be fixed to a wall or a pre-existing frame, without roll cover. • Border for shoulders with brushes. • Flexible mantle in PVC double-coated polyester fabric, class 2, self-extinguishing fireproofed, provided with heat-welded pockets for reinforcing pipes and 1 row of transparent windows (at man’s eyes height) - available cloth colours: white (similar to RAL 9016), orange (similar to RAL 2008), yellow (similar to RAL 1021), cream (similar to RAL 1014), blue (similar to RAL 5002), green (similar to RAL 6016), red (similar to RAL 3002), grey (similar to RAL 7038), silver (similar to RAL 9006) and micro-drilled curtains both with extra price; other colours, if available, on request. • Reinforcing pipes in galvanised steel, fitted into heat-welded pockets on the mantle, easily sliding in case of crash, to be straightened or replaced. • Flanged tubular galvanised shaft. • Single-phase central tubular motor, inserted in upper shaft, power supply 240 V. • Integrated easily adjustable rotatory limit switches • “Dead-Man" opening/closing push button panel (OPEN/CLOSE) • Release motor lever and hand crank for emergency manual opening (in case of breakdown). • Safety signals (against a white ground) on both sides of the 1st sector of the mantle with the following notes: “Caution! Automatic door" and “ No entry when door is moving". • Additional “dead-man" push button (as optional) • Metal label, fixed on leg by rivets, indicating identification number, characteristics and marking of item. • Technical use and maintenance instructions for automatic door and control unit. • Opening-closing speed: abt. 0,10+0,15 m./sec. • Inside building installation • WARRANTY: 1 year with a maximum of 100.000 working cycles.
