Equipment Required: Screw-drivers, Key for nut (size 10), Fan Blade (spare part)

Safety Precaution: Disconnect the chiller from the power supply before starting. Avoid touching internal parts or dismounting the chiller while connected to prevent electric shock.

Step 1: Remove the metal cover using a screw-driver.

Step 2: Remove the conveyor top cover by taking out the 6 screws with a small screw-driver.

Step 3: Remove the 2 screws alongside the condenser using a screw-driver.

Step 4: Move the condenser by pulling on the free side until you can access the fan nut.

Step 5: Replace the broken fan blade with a new one by removing the nut with the key. Handle the fan blade carefully as the material is fragile.

Step 6: Re-assemble the condenser (2 screws) and the conveyor (6 screws) as before. Finally, reattach the cover on the chiller and secure each screw.

3 Remove the 2 screws mounted alongside the condenser, using the screw-driver (as shown in the picture).

Move the condenser by pulling on the free side. Stop when you are sure you can turn the nut of the fan.

Replace the broken fan blade with a new one: take out the nut using the key. Please be careful when doing this operation: the fan blade material is not too strong and the new component can break.

Re-assemble the condenser (2 screws on one side) and the conveyor (6 screws on the top part) as before. Then, put the cover on the chiller and assemble each screw.
