WATER PROBEREPLACEMENT

Product catalog summary
Overview: This document provides a step-by-step guideline for replacing the water probe in TK3000, TK6000, and TK9000 models. It includes necessary equipment, detailed procedures, and critical safety notes.
Equipment Required: Tongs, 7 black clamps, screwdrivers, thermostat probe with white connector (spare part).
Procedure:
  • Step 1: Disconnect the chiller from the power supply. Remove 16 screws using a screwdriver.
  • Step 2: Disconnect the ground wire and remove the cover.
  • Step 3: Disconnect the white probe connector from the main board and cut the black clamps holding the probe’s wire.
  • Step 4: Cut all black clamps and extract the wire from the circular passage.
  • Step 5: Remove ring nuts, screws, and the metal black clamp. Push blue joints through holes.
  • Step 6: Remove the rubber cap and black probe’s insulation. Pull out the probe.
  • Step 7: Insert the new probe ensuring it touches the pipe’s end. Place insulation on the probe’s hole to prevent air leakage. Insert the cap and position the probe wire under the exchanger.
  • Step 8: Position the exchanger correctly, insert blue joints, screw ring nuts, and secure with a big clamp.
  • Step 9: Insert the probe cable, connect the new probe connector to the main board, secure with new black clamps, and reattach the cover with screws. Ensure the ground wire is connected before closing.
Critical Notes: Ensure no air leakage when inserting the probe and always reconnect the ground wire before closing the chiller.
