WATER PROBE REPLACEMENT

Open the catalog to page 2Disconnect the chiller form power supply. Using the screw-driver, remove the screws indicated in the picture here below (n°16 screws).
Open the catalog to page 3Disconnect ground wire from the cover Remove the cover
Open the catalog to page 4Disconnect the white probe connector from main board. Cut the black clamps inside the chiller that embrace the probe’s wire.
Open the catalog to page 5Proceed to cut all black clamps that embrace the probe’s wire. Extract the wire from circular passage.
Open the catalog to page 6Remove the ring nuts and the two screws. Remove the metal black clamp. Push the blue joints through holes
Open the catalog to page 7Remove the rubber cap positioned in the chiller’s bottom side. Remove the black probe’s insulation. Then remove the probe from its position, pulling it off from the wire.
Open the catalog to page 8- Insert the new probe inside the exchanger. The probe has to touch the pipe’s end part. Take the probe’s insulation and put it on the probe’s hole. ATTENTION: there must not be any air leakage !! - Insert the cap in its place. - Place probe wire in the small passage under exchanger.
Open the catalog to page 9- Place the exchanger in the correct position inserting blue joints in the holes. - Screw both ring nuts - Place the big clamp around the exchanger and fix it to chiller metal wall
Open the catalog to page 10- Insert probe cable in circular passage - Connect new probe connector to main board - Take new seven black plastic clamps and pinch the probe’s cable with the other cables as it was at the beginning - Place the chiller cover in its position and then place the sixteen screws to close the chiller. ATTENTION: remember to connect ground wire to the cover before closing the chiller.
