This design eliminates the need for a traditional transmission system (belt or chain), reducing the source of wear, heat and possibly sparks. The SPIROGYRE in its parked position - close to the silo door and over the trench. A cover houses the box section construction that maintains the rigidity of the machine and limits the filling of product to enable the screw to start under the remaining grain once the gravity discharge has been completed. The screw capacity is adjusted with retractable windows provided in this cover. ▼ The electric motor and the rotary collector are protected by a casing. OPTION HYDRAULIQUE The electric motor is fixed to the lower part of the hopper under the silo. The advantage is to have more space available for the material flow. This design may also be required in the case of maximum flow capacity during the gravity discharge. OPTION HYDRAULIC DRIVES : For the most difficult situations, the SPIROGYRE can be fitted with a hydraulic transmission. MORILLON capitalise on their experience for difficult to flow materials based on the HYDRASCREW (hydraulic screw unloader). The hydraulic design gives direct transmission at low speed with high torque for start up.
