TM1060. The 3 key features ™ of ProgressiveTraction. The unbeatable performance of the Trelleborg ProgressiveTraction™ is testament to its innovative double edge lug. While its two points of anchorage boost grip, the stronger base of the lug significantly reduces vibrations, wear and fuel consumption. In addition, the double edge lug also enhances the inter-lug terraces of the TM tyres, maximising the self-cleaning capability of the tyre.

Additional efficiency The TM1060 features a higher load capacity compared to the same sizes in Standard technology. The Trelleborg /60 series is a step ahead with regards to tyres for medium and high power tractors, allowing the same load at lower pressure or a higher load at the same pressure. The graphic below clearly shows the performance gap between 710/60R42 in Standard and VF versions. Wider tractor option Without increasing the dimensions of the tyres, the new TM1060 provides superior performance compared to the existing /60 series available on the market, being able to equip tractors up to 300hp - even using a narrow rim option. In this respect, the new Trelleborg TM1060 is the complete multipurpose tyre able to satisfy the different needs of present and future agricultural operations. It is the perfect solution for those applications requiring low compaction and a wide footprint like seeding and soil preparation, as well as for applications where high torque transfer is necessary, such us ploughing and tillage. The widest footprint The FEM Analysis (Finite Element Analysis) shows the degree of compaction gets rapidly worse and much deeper with a narrow tyre. Recent research proves that at a 10 cm depth the soil compaction is double with the narrow solution and becomes triple at 30 cm depth.
