Open the catalog to page 1The seedbed cultivator for large and demanding jobs A heavy-duty frame, robust Strong tines and carefully engineered details in the levelling boards, wheel and bogie system, and hydraulic lifting and lowering system make this cultivator particularly well suited to demanding work. Both the centre and wing sections are constructed from heavy-duty, fully welded steel profiles. All wear-prone components, including hinge joints, levelling boards, tines and tine points, are made from specially hardened steel. Open the catalog to page 2All key components, including hinge joints, levelling boards and tine points, are made from specially hardened steel. Precise depth control delivers optimum results On the Globus TTA, working depth is adjusted hydraulically on the centre section, while the wings are adjusted using cranks at the wheels. Once the required depth has been set, the cultivator can easily be raised and lowered from the tractor seat. Correct tine positioning across the full working width The Globus TTA is equipped with heavy-duty Strong tines (45 x 10 mm). They are arranged in four rows and evenly distributed across...
Open the catalog to page 3Large working width, compact transport width The Globus TTA features a hinge system that folds the wings over the centre section. This gives all models a road-safe transport width of 3 m. For excellent stability when folded, the wings incline inward over the centre section. Together with the robust bogie wheels, this makes the Globus TTA exceptionally stable and safe during transport. As an additional safety feature, the wing tines do not extend beyond the wheels. Manual locking in transport position When the cultivator is folded for transport, two ball valves on the wing cylinders are closed....
Open the catalog to page 4Only two double-acting hydraulic outlets The Globus TTA requires only two double-acting hydraulic outlets on the tractor. One is used for raising and lowering; the other is used to fold the cultivator into transport position and, if fitted, to adjust the angle of the levelling boards. When the cultivator is lowered into working position, oil flow is directed to the levelling boards. When it is raised to its highest position, a valve switches automatically and directs the oil flow to fold the cultivator into transport position. The 5 m Globus TTA can be extended to 6 m by fitting a 0.5 m section...
