Overview
The Blu-Jet AT6020 is a robust, pull-type anhydrous ammonia fertilizer applicator designed for high-rate, high-acreage use. It is suitable for professional producers and commercial applicators, offering working widths from 62.5' to 45'. The applicator is built to handle rough terrain and tough soils efficiently.

Frame and Toolbar
The AT6020 features a heavy-duty 6"x6" mainframe with a constant level design for even depth and precise nutrient application. It offers toolbar widths of 62.5', 60', 57.5', 47.5', and 45' with 30" or 20" spacings. The toolbar includes 54” of rank and 23” of clearance for superior trash flow, with wing flex capabilities to follow ground contours.

Undercarriage
The applicator is equipped with dual 385/65 R22.5 oscillating truck tires on the mainframe, with optional dual 320/95 R38 R-1 tractor tires for greater flotation. It includes a water tank and storage compartment, transport chain, lighting kit, and storage jack for safe transport and parking.

Injection System
The injection row unit ensures accurate fertilizer placement with heavy-duty construction for high-speed use. It features Super 1200 coulters with 4-bolt hubs and 20" fluted blades, 1 1/4" edgebent spring-cushioned shanks, and standard 3/4" wide knives with optional styles available.

Sealers
Trailing DiscCover sealers with two 17" notched blades are angle-adjustable for nutrient sealing. They offer 17" of overall travel and 9" of vertical travel, with optional down pressure springs for tough soils.

Distribution System
The NH3 plumbing and distribution system includes a 50-gallon-per-minute Raven Vortex cooler, with options for higher output and dual valves. It features 2-section plumbing with options for 3-, 4-, and 5-section setups, and a Raven ISOBUS rate controller for precise control.

Nurse Tank Connection
The tool-free adjustable rear nurse tank hitch has a 25,000 lb. capacity and a telescoping design for easy hookup. The SuperShooter III connection offers safe and easy operation with optional configurations for multiple tanks.

Specifications
The AT6020 requires 25 to 30 HP per shank and features a CAT 4 hitch. It offers toolbar widths from 62.5' to 45' with 20" and 30" row spacings. The mainframe and wing tubing thickness is 3/8", with primary and secondary wing flex capabilities.
