Product catalog summary
Overview: The Vink calfpuller is designed for assisting in the delivery of calves. It is constructed entirely from stainless steel, making it robust and nearly indestructible, ensuring long-term, trouble-free use.
Key Advantages:
  • Non-slip design ensures it stays in place during use.
  • Operable with one hand, enhancing ease of use.
  • Allows pulling tension in multiple directions: straight, upwards, and towards the udder.
Usage Guidelines:
  • A normal delivery requires a pulling force of 150-250 kg. Exceeding this force can cause damage to the cow, calf, or the apparatus.
  • The pole can be moved sideways up to a maximum of 30 degrees. Exceeding this angle can damage the apparatus.
  • Ensure there is sufficient space around the cow to avoid unnecessary sideways movement of the pole.
  • For normal presentations, pull downwards. For posterior presentations, pull upwards and then towards the udder.
Vink Calfpuller for Beef: This version is more robust and allows for greater traction. It is available only with alternate traction.
New Feature: The calfpuller now includes alternate traction.

leaflet vink calfpuller-1

A normal delivery requires a pull of 150-250 kg. A stronger pull may cause damage to cow, calf or apparatus. The pole can be moved sideways maximum 30 degrees, a move sideways of more than 30 degrees can damage the apparatus. Always take care to ensure sufficient room around the cow during the delivery, this renders a sideways movement of the pole unnecessary. Vink Calfpuller The Vink calfpuller has a very functional design, is wholly constructed in stainless steel, very robust and practically indestructible which ensures a long and trouble-free service. The Vink calfpuller has some important advantages: • Impossible to slip away from the cow • The only single handed calfpuller • It permits pulling tension straight, upwards and also in the direction of the udder. During a normal presentation, one should drawn downwards. In case of a posterior presentation the draw should be upwards, then in the direction of the udder. Vink Calfpuller for beef This more robust calfpuller enables more traction. Only available with alternate tract
