Pic-O-Mat Vision “Transplanting 100% good plants” Visser has developed a transplanter that is capable of fully transplanting your destination pack even when your source trays do not have 100% perfect plants. The transplanter is equipped with a new type of gripper which makes it possible to form a picture of the plant when it’s held in the gripper. With the vision system, it can be determined if the plant meets the selected quality. Bad plants and/or empty plugs will be thrown away and only good plants will be transplanted. Pic-O-Mat Vision “Transplanting 100% good plants” Available with 12, 16 or 24 grippers, depending on your capacity wishes. Output of up to 800 planting cycles per gripper per hour can be achieved. Each gripper is driven by individually controlled servo technology. Multiple cameras are mounted in the machine to determine the quality of the plant. Equipped with motor driven push up system to assist the gripper to pick up the complete plug out of the source tray.
