Axial impellers G-system Thanks to many years of experience in developing and manufacturing impellers for the Multifan fans, Vostermans Ventilation has obtained a thorough knowledge of everything related to axial impellers. It is obvious that one of the most important fan components - the impeller - is paid full attention to. As a result, Multifan impellers are of the highest quality and are employed in a wide range of applications. G-system With the G-system, the hub and blade are manufactured with 2 notches and has a larger base then the K-system. During assembly of the blades in the hub, an adjusting ring (positioning ring) is placed between the hub and the blade, which determines the blade angle. These positioning rings can be supplied from 25° - 45°. The advantage is that only one blade type has to be kept in stock, which can supply every required angle with diﬀerent positioning rings. Blade proﬁles Type 2 Small and slim proﬁle for the smaller diameters from 200 to 450 mm. This proﬁle is mainly used for 1400 RPM and 2800 RPM motors. Due to a ﬂat outer curve the range of application is broad. This type is also available in clockwise and counter-clockwise turning versions consisting of diﬀerent materials polypropylene (PP), polypropylen with ﬁbre glass (PG) and nylon (N). Type 3 The most-sold proﬁle for applications with diameters from 200 to 710 mm. This blade type is mainly used for 1400 RPM units but also provides excellent properties at 900 RPM. Thanks to its properties and good values with regard to pressure and eﬃciency, the range of application is very broad. Type 3 is available in diﬀerent materials. It is also available in clockwise and counter-clockwise turning version. Type 4 The blade proﬁle is specially developed for diameters from 300 t/m 820 mm and small shaft diameters. Blade proﬁle type 4 is manufactured in left execution only. Type 5 This proﬁle is meant for impellers from 300 mm to 820 mm and high air capacities. Blade proﬁle type 5 is manufactured in left execution only and in aluminium execution. Type 8 This proﬁle is meant for diameters from 300 mm to 1079 mm and high air capacities.
