Fine cleanerAP-1000 / -1250 / -1500 The AP high performance cleaner is designed for fine cleaning of cereals Estimated capacity on wheat is 9 t/h for AP-1000, 11 t/h for AP-1250, and 13 t/h for AP-1500. In standard construction the AP machines are delivered with the following features. The feeding apparatus is with weightloaded spreading valve and feed roll. The aspiration system consists of a pre-aspiration chamber and a final aspiration chamber, both with waste auger. The screen system consists of two sieveboats where the upper sieveboat contains 2 parallel screen layers with 4° screen inclination and the lower boat contains 3 parallel screen layers with 5° inclination. Each screen layer consists of 3 single screens and all screens are rubber ball cleaned. With fixed speed drive, motor, and valve pipe optional.
