Polishing / Brushing machineHA-600 / -800 The HA-600/-800 polishing/brushing machine is a large scale production machine suitable for use in grass seed installations for initial separation of seeds in order to make for better cleaning on a subsequent sieve cleaner Other types of grass seed may also be treated with advantage in the HA polishing machine such as red fescue, Italian ryegrass, and lots for recycling containing twin kernels. Estimated capacity for HA-600 on rye grass is 1.0 t/h and for HA-800 1.5 t/h. In standard construction, the HA-600 and HA-800 are delivered with the following features. The inlet section is fitted with an auger and the outlet is through the hopper below the machine. The machine has internally adjustable brushes (4 pcs.) and a three-section exchangeable mantle of 1245 mm length. Further, the machine has V-belt drive and motor; 5.5 kW for HA-600 and 7.5 kW for HA-800. The machine is of steel construction with the sides of waterproof laminated wood. Weight of the machine is 585 kg for HA-600 and 750 kg for HA-800.
