Product catalog summary
Overview: The KA series gravity separators are designed for fine grading and impurity separation of products with identical particle sizes but different weights. This method is essential when traditional cleaning methods are ineffective.
Specifications: The KA series includes models KA-1900, KA-2200, and KA-2600, with capacities of up to 3.6 t/h, 4.3 t/h, and 6.0 t/h on wheat, respectively. All models feature adjustable inlets, oscillating grading decks with standard coverings, and adjustable guide plates. The machines are equipped with manually adjustable stroke length, eccentric rpm, air quantity, and deck inclinations.
Construction: The machines are constructed from steel with waterproof laminated wood grading decks. They include built-in fans, speed drives, motors, and air filters.
Special Features: Optional features include a dust extraction chute at the inlet, a dust hood over the deck, round sack clamps for outlets, hydraulic deck inclination adjustments, and a programmable PLC control panel with a frequency converter.
Technical Details: Each model is equipped with an 11.00 kW motor for the built-in fan and a 1.10 kW motor for the deck. The deck sizes are 1.05 m2 for KA-1900, 1.44 m2 for KA-2200, and 2.15 m2 for KA-2600.

KA2-1

Gravity separatorKA-1900 / -2200 / -2600 The gravity separator type KA is used for fine grading and impurity separation of a number of products with identical particle size but with differences in their respective weights Often this is the only possible method to achieve the purity required and the gravity separator is therefore used where traditional cleaning methods by air, screen, and indented cylinder prove to be less than effective. Estimated capacity on wheat is for KA-1900 up to 3.6 t/h, for KA-2200 up to 4.3 t/h, and for KA-2600 up to 6.0 t/h. In standard construction, the KA gravity separators are delivered with the following features. The inlet is adjustable. The oscillating grading deck is with standard covering for grain and adjustable guide plates. Deck change takes place from the side of the machine. The machine is with manually adjustable stroke length, eccentric rpm, air quantity, and deck inclinations (sideways and lengthways). The outlet bench is excl. sack clamps. The machine is complete with built-in fan, speed drive, motors, and air filter. The machine is of steel construction with the grading deck of waterproof laminated wood. Special features: ♦ Dust extraction chute at inlet ♦ Dust hood over the complete deck ♦ Round sack clamps for outlets on outlet bench ♦ Hydraulic adjustment of deck inclinations ♦ Programmable PLC control panel with frequency converter Please contact us for detailed information or meet us at www.westrup.com
