Gravity separatorKA-3300 / -4400 / -5500 The gravity separator type KA is used for fine grading and impurity separation of a number of products with identical particle size but with differences in the specific gravity Often this is the only possible method to achieve the purity required and the gravity separator is therefore used where traditional cleaning methods by air, screen, and indented cylinder prove to be insufficiently effective. In standard construction, the KA gravity separators are delivered with the following features. The oscillating grading deck is with standard covering for grain (ripple deck). Deck change takes place from the side of the machine. The machine is with hydraulic adjustment with electrical pump for deck inclinations; incl. frequency converter. The machine is complete with built-in fan, speed drive, and motors. The machine is of steel construction with the grading deck of aluminum. Special features: ♦ Deck with covering for small seeds (instead of ripple deck) ♦ Dust hood at inlet, only ♦ Dust hood over the complete deck ♦ Programmable hydraulic PLC control, operator panel ♦ Heavy duty motor Estimated capacity on wheat is for KA-3300 up to 7 t/h, for KA-4400 up to 12 t/h, and for KA-5500 between 16-18 t/h.
