In standard construction, the UB machines are delivered with the following features. The machine is fitted with inlet with feed roll with variable speed from eccentric shaft. The aspiration system consists of pre-aspiration chamber fitted with one waste auger and final aspiration chamber with one auger. The screen system consists of one sieveboat with 1 short scalping screen layer (1 screen part), 1 long scalping screen layer (3 screen parts), and 1 long sand screen layer (3 screen parts). All screens are rubber ball cleaned. The machine is of steel construction with sieveboat of laminated wood.
