Air/screen cleanerUC-1000 / -1250 / -1500 The UC air/screen cleaner is especially designed for cleaning and grading many sorts of cereals and seeds to a very high standard In standard construction, the UC machines are delivered with the following features. The machine is fitted with inlet with feed roll. The aspiration system consists of pre-aspiration and final aspiration. Pre-aspiration chamber is with rotary valve and outlet to chute to the sieveboat. Final aspiration chamber is with rotary valve and outlet to chute from the sieveboat. Further with false air regulation. The screen system consists of one sieveboat with 4 screen layers (each 2 screen parts); 1st and 3rd layers are scalping; 2nd and 4th layers are grading/sand. All screens are rubber ball cleaned. The machine has fixed speed drive and motors; incl. valve pipe for mounting of fan (optional). The machine is of steel construction with sieveboat of laminated wood.
