Modular cleanerUP-1000 / -1250 / -1500 / -1750 / -2000 The UP mid range modular cleaner is a very versatile cleaner applicable for many cleaning purposes It is excellent for seed cleaning purposes, including the cleaning of grass seed, and also heavy crops such as peas and beans. When the machine is fitted with a large air module, it is also suitable for cleaning maize. Estimated pre-cleaning capacity of up to 60 t/h based on wheat with max. moisture content of 18%. The machine is assembled with modular components to make up a cleaner to suit very specific requirements. The great advantage of the modular system is that it also offers the capability of upgrading the machine according to future requirements. The feeding apparatus can be in construction with feed roll, with feed roll and straw band, with feed roll and straw drum, or with vibrator feeder. Pre-aspiration can be done in a channel with fixed or variable depth, in a chamber with standard air system or with air recirculation. Aspiration can also be done in a chamber with one or two waste augers. Final aspiration can be done in a channel with variable or fixed depth. The sieve section consists of one sieveboat with fixed or variable screen inclination. The machine is of steel construction with sieveboats of laminated wood.
