Kronos 1600M is a new heavy-duty chain mulcher for tractor rear 3P-linkage. The PTO drive line consists of two large angle drive gear boxes protected with an overrunning clutch and torque limiter. Two 13mm hardened chains are used as the main cutting element. 10mm chains can also be used when cutting smaller and lower vegetation. Kronos 1600M is a machine for cutting coppice-wood and small trees around fields and private roads. Chains have proven to be the most effective and economic cutting element when cutting coppice-wood, especially in stony and difficult terrain. It is quick and easy to change the chains. There are only 4 split pins and one cover to remove to gain easy access for changing . The whole opertaion only takes a few minutes. The mulcher is attached to the rear 3P-linkage. The heavy duty side to side shift mechanism makes it easy to operate around obstacles etc. It is equipped with an automatic break-back system that consists of two springs which allows the head to move backwards when an obstacle is encountered.

1600M - chain mulcher NEW 2013 model has many improvments. For example roiskesuojia has been strenghtened. Standard mulcher Optional: Front linkage / reverse driving OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT allow turning the mulcher for reverse driving or to be driven with front linkage.
