Sprayer Specifications
The 642E Three-Point Hitch Broadcast Hooded Sprayer features a hydraulic vertical fold toolbar configuration and is available with a 300-gallon tank. It includes 20" broadcast hoods and offers boom lengths of 30' and 40'. The sprayer is compatible with category 2 or 3 three-point hitches, with an optional trailer hitch attachment for easy transportation.

Pumps and Controllers
The sprayer can be equipped with either the ACE FMC-150HYD-206 Pump Kit or the Hypro 6500XL Pump Kit, which is roller/PTO driven. Standard spray controllers include a 12v solenoid valve and a manual pressure adjustable relief valve, with an optional 12v in-cab pressure adjustable controller.

Spray Boom and Nozzles
The spray boom plumbing features 1/2" quick attach diaphragm triple nozzle bodies. Spray nozzles, tips, strainers, and caps are not included.

Transport and Safety Features
The transport width is approximately 18' 5'' for the 30' boom and 21' 9'' for the 40' boom, with a transport height ranging from 11' to 13'. A 9-gallon fresh water safety tank and a light kit are standard, along with parking stands.

Design and Color Options
The sprayer is available in green powder coat paint with yellow hoods or red powder coat paint with grey hoods. Shipping weights range from 3,100 to 3,400 lbs.

Performance and Features
The Redball® Gen II hood design minimizes spray drift, ensuring consistent and accurate chemical application. Spray nozzles are protected inside the hood to prevent wind disruption. The constant boom height, aided by gauge wheels, ensures proper herbicide placement. The over-center fold design simplifies adjustments, and the wings can be placed in float cylinders to follow field contours.
