The cleaning process begins by adding the sample and starting the machine. If needed, the sample is de-awned for a preselected time. The de-awner opens automatically, allowing the sample to pass through the aspiration chamber where lightweight dirt is extracted and collected in a dust bag. The sample then passes over a straw sieve to remove larger impurities, followed by a sand sieve to filter out sand and small impurities like weed seeds. Cleaned seeds are collected separately from impurities.

The machine is suitable for post-cleaning threshing samples of all seed types, handling sample volumes of approximately 1 kg. It ensures the required purity for laboratory analyses or planting through a multi-stage cleaning process. The device operates quietly and without vibration, offering easy access to operating elements and quick changeover times.
