To enable more oil and fats to be added to animal feeds, Wynveen International vacuum systems are designed with a line capacity of up to 20 t/h. These can add up to 42% oil and fats to the feed without affecting the flow properties of the finished product. The various liquids are added at a central point so there is less contamination in the production lines than in lines with multiple adding points. Vacuum coating is a batch principle. This means that the producer can add the ingredients much more accurately, resulting in a better coefficient of variation.
