Section 3. Turner Hitching and Setup 3.1 Hitching the turner to tractor:  Back the tractor up to turner and install the hitch pin; Attach turner’s hydraulics hoses to tractor hydraulic output;

Retract Jack Remove safety bolt between hood and chassis before drop the hood to ground 3.2 Adjusting Hood Height

Hood Height is adjusted at 3 points, outer jack, hitch connection and hydraulic hitch axle, as shown below: The hood clearance should be set 1’’ on asphalt ground and 1 1/2’’ on dirt or gravel ground. Hood Clearance should be maintained over entire turning process

Turner Operation 4.1 Before Operation:  Check oil level in gearbox; Check PTO shaft properly set up; Check no personnel in 15meters distance (except for tractor operator) 4.2 Start Operating Work：  Check the windrow size and choose right gear of the tractor, make sure proceed speed less than 500m/hour, speeding may cause clogging and machine damage; Turn on the PTO before entering the windrow, keep engine rev under 1500rpm to avoid material splash; When turning, lift the compost turner hood, never make turn without turner hood lift-up; Keep observing risky factors include rock, wood...

Section 5 Relocation Lift up turner hood to 90 degree upright position when relocate. Fasten the safety bolt. Relocation speed less than 10km / hour, the lengthened tractor and implement may cause dangerous turning when relocation, be careful;

Section 6 Maintenance 6.1 Daily Inspection Before performing any inspection, make sure the machine is not running. Daily Inspection Checklist: 1. Loosen bolt; crack or damage in the machine; leakage; 2. Gearbox oil level; 3. Tire pressure; 4. Turning blades and the tightness; 5. Orifices in sprayer remain clean; 6.2 General Greasing and Maintenance Before performing any maintenance, make sure the machine is not running.
