SEPARATOR ALTINBİLEK Separator, is used for pre-cleaning of granular and powder products. In many industrial facilities such as grain storages, flour, pulse, and feed plants, unwanted materials such as stalk, straw, wood chips, corn cob pieces, garbage, paper, bag etc. are separated and exit from the end of the drum. This way, it protects conveyance operations from machine equipment malfunctions and damages. The products are fed into the continuously rotating drum. The products then pass through sieve holes ranging from 10 to 80mm and fall at the outlet. The sieve holes clean themselves during sieving via wooden rollers. Coarse wastes that cannot pass through the sieve holes are directed to the outlet at the end of the drum with the help of a guide screw.
