Small Farm Solar Drier Description: The Small Farm Solar Drier is well suited for the drying of a wide range of fruits and vegetables in slices of 6mm thick or below. The unit, in the main, consists of a solar air heater, a drying chamber with 8 easy to clean perforated aluminium drying trays, four small fan units powered by a battery which is charged by a photovoltaic panel through a solar charge controller.
