It is designed for cardan (propeller and PTO) shafts and for rotors on four supports. It can also serve as the measuring system of a balancing machine with four supports, and it supports serial (production) balancing. The software measures vibration and phase angle and calculates the correction mass. Balanset-4 uses the same software family as Balanset-IA and works with a Windows laptop (not included).
